Regularly I hear business people speaking about having received negative feedback from their manager. But does negative feedback exist?
If you receive information on your performances, you receive information on what was good and on what can be improved.

This isn’t negative, it indicates the points you can/must tackle. Without this feedback, you would probably not be aware of it.

Now you have the opportunity to act. You can avoid making the same mistakes or under performance which otherwise could bring your career, within the company, in danger. So the presumed negative feedback is positive. Just don’t forget to do something with it. Take action.

Every feedback you receive is a gift!

Business coaching can help you to define your action plan and improve your results.
